If you want to play a stringed instrument, but don't want to buy one yet, you can start by renting instead. This is also a good investment, because with our "rent to buy" program a good portion of the rental fee you pay will be deducted should you decide to purchase an instrument
Every six months, ideally at the beginning of winter and the beginning of summer, it is advisable to take your instrument into the shop for a routine inspection. Such an examination is generally free of charge and can prevent certain problems from occuring, or if they do occur, from becoming serious.
Our bow makers provide a reliable, efficient and guaranteed rehairing service. Every batch of hair received is checked and identified for quality control purposes. We use only high-quality white horsehair. Salt-and-pepper hair is also available for double-bass bows.
