Repair and Rehair bow

Can't make it to one of our 3 workshops? Wilder & Davis offers a repair and repair service. Rehair across Canada.

Materials needed

Prepare the shipment: 

1. Print and fill out our Rehair at a distance. 
2. Send the form to [email protected] (keep the paper copy and slip it into the box intended for sending) 
3. Make sure you have all the accessories you need to make the package.
4. Wrapping the bow - See instructions below.
5. You can then go to the offices of the company of your choice (Ups, Fedex) to make the shipment. You can find our contact details on our website intenet. Please enter our e-mail address and send us the tracking number. 

• 1 PVC tube (dimension: 2'' or 50mm in diameter, 34'' or 86 cm in length)
• 4 elastics
• 1 foam insulating tube 
• 1 roll of paper (can be replaced by bubble wrap)
• 1 triangular or rectangular cardboard box 
• Duct tape

Wrapping the bow

1. Slide the bow into the insulating tube
2. Insert a sheet of paper rolled into a ball at each end
3. Wrap the elastics at the edges and in the center (the bow should not move!)
4. Insert the assembly into the PVC tube
5. Add a sheet of paper and then close the tube with the caps 
6. Make sure the plugs are held in place by taping them in place 
7. Complete and insert the Rehair Remote in Carton Box 
8. Wrap the tube in paper 
9. Insert everything into the box intended for shipment
10. Fill in the empty spaces with paper to stabilize the tube 
11. You can close! Secure the closure with adhesive tape.

We advise you to send your bow only from Monday to Thursday and to select express delivery, in order to avoid transit time in the warehouse as much as possible.
